I use this. It permatanks pretty well everything. I use it for kinetic missions, though it works fine for em/therm as well, just switch out the ballistic for a em/therm. If you turn off the ab you can permaboost both for when you get 5x webbed, ot...

you can probly make 15mil bounty ticks with a good ship running sanctums, doing missions isnt as good. however the downside to sanctums is if you cant just keep running them its a big downside. that and the whole null sec thing

I have trouble finding decently priced fury heavy missiles that arent kinetic. As a tengu pilot using EM missiles vs EM weak is actually more dmg per salvo than kinetic. I'm pretty sure explosive is the same, ala angel extravaganza. I have no ide...

I'm not against learning skills, but maybe reducing them to 1 tier would be good. Drop the first tier entirely and make tier 2 a 2x skill not 3x. There is a huge disparity between 0/0 and 5/4 that I think could warrant a change.

Why not just use a Drake while it's possible to be called away, and your nice active tank CNR when it isnt. You can passive tank a drake in a mission until downtime afk.
